The benefit of our service is our ability to meet with you onsite to complete a thorough worksite assessment and initial meeting to understand the job requirements, confirm the return to work goal, clarify any barriers and develop an agreed plan moving forward.
Your rehabilitation consultant will continue to collaborate with you as your employee returns to work, through worksite meetings, treater case conferences and assistance with return to work documentation (reports and return to work arrangements). They will work in conjunction with you to understand your business needs to help coordinate a return to work program which is productive and meaningful – we are here to help you to achieve your company’s return to work goals!
Our consultants provide injury management advice, education for direct supervisors/managers, manual handling training, functional education, ergonomic assessments, task modifications, alternative duties exploration, as well as assistance with communication and workplace conflict.
